Program Details:  Brent uses this presentation to get each attendee to own their personal, performance development plan.  Managers and HR professionals can share these ideas with their employees to improve performance management.  Brent shares tips on how to seek honest feedback, how to interpret the feedback we get and also how to give good feedback to others.  Many of these concepts can be used in personal as well as professional settings.

Brent shares specific techniques to master the feedback process.  He begins with his list of Magical Feedback Mirrors people can use to get better feedback on their performance.  He continues on with his list of Magical Feedback Smoke Detectors people can use to better interpret their feedback (how to blow away the smoke to better see in the mirror).  He also shares his list of Magical Feedback Wands people can use to give good feedback to others on their performance.

When relevant, Brent discusses special options for team feedback and ways to take advantage of organizational performance evaluations as a feedback tool.  He can also show individuals and organizations how to shift from a paradigm of "being evaluated" to "seeking feedback," after explaining the essential value of this shift.  

The techniques Brent shares are very simple, but also very hard.  You can apply them immediately, nothing to buy, everything to gain.  This program can fill from 30 to 90 minutes or more and can include a touch of magic!  The actual topics covered in your presentation will vary depending upon time available.
