"Growing a Magical Career, in any field, with S.A.P."TM

Brent shares how to align ourselves with work and activities that take advantage of our unique skills.  Proper alignment improves the odds we’ll be happy about our career choice, and makes people more productive in their organizations.  Understanding how to align can also help if we conclude we are in the wrong field - or when our employees or friends start thinking this.

Brent has two versions of this presentation.  The first targets adults who may be thinking the grass is greener on the other side of some imaginary fence – but who have no idea how to find out before they jump.  Unfortunately, many jump, and burn any bridges back to their current field or job, which may turn out greener than they’d realized.  Brent also helps adults understand they are responsible for their career path these days.  Few companies can afford to take care of that for their employees.

"S.A.P. is the Lifeblood of a Tree"TM

Brent's second version targets youth who have not yet made long term commitments to jobs, careers and families and who have a great opportunity to get it right the first time.  He calls this "S.A.P. is the Lifeblood of a Tree."  This is great for graduation ceremonies, assemblies, camps or other youth events.  After sharing this program students regularly tell Brent his words helped them clarify their path and choose their next steps in life.  Brent's presentation explains that each person has a unique design and the old adage “you can be anything you want to be” can lead some people into dead ends.  He spices up this presentation with some magic that illustrates key points.

"Our High School students needed to hear about 'SAP is the Lifeblood of a Tree.'  This presentation goes right along with helping students find an occupation that will fit them and help them contribute to society.  Your stories gave good examples of each of your main points, and your illusions were a unique visual reinforcement of some of your topics and helped keep their attention for your message.

You are a 'realistic' motivational speaker, and you tell students what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.  I think that you gave our students good food for thought.

I was glad you included your remarks about how our poor choices can make life even more difficult.  Thanks for reminding our youth to steer away from addictions.

I recommend you and your program to other high schools."
